Everyone has gotten so bombarded with advertising, telemarketers and salesmen in recent years that our first response is usually to look the other way, hang up the phone or run.  In many cases this makes sense, but is it always the right move for your business? 

Are there any products out there that might help improve your business?  Could getting more information about potentially beneficial products be useful?  I am not saying that you should stay on the phone for 10 minutes with a guy selling cat food if you don't have a cat, but hanging up 1 second in with a someone who has a product that might increase your sales could be a mistake also.

Good photos can be the difference between a potential customer booking your property and moving on to the next one.  When was the last time you took an objective look at your photos?  Are they in focus?  Is the lighting good?  Do they show off the best attributes of your property?  Remember, nobody who takes the time to look at your pictures wants to stay in a dark place that they can't see.

If today was any indication, it is going to be a beautiful weekend in the high country- looking at Sunday's forecast, I almost wish I hadn't accepted an invite to the Bronco's-Colt's game.  I'll have to make up for it by getting out for another bike ride Saturday or Monday.  Hope everyone enjoys their weekend!!!
